I am a new podcaster and seeking out great and interesting sound bits--and would like to come up with my own shtick...I am a radio personality and a college student--this board will probably reflect such.. :) up with the positivity!!!
Sixty years ago, on August 5, 1945, in Washington and August 6, in Japan, the United States dropped an atomic bomb on Hiroshima. Surely one of the purest westerns ever made, a simple tale of a lawman tracking down an outlaw. This film is raised way above the norm in almost all respects. The film very stylishly brings to fore the Western countryside. Interestingly, Wayne won his only Oscar for this role in 1970. A definitive adventure!
The Last Dragon is an action, kung fu, comedy film that knows it's a farce but at the same time has the characters play everything dead straight. An absolute 80s masterpiece, a film full of honour for Bruce Lee. The Last Dragon had everything a kung fu classic should have. Tamiak surpisply never did another movie but it's still a lot of fun.
Dufrais Constantinople is the complaining Jewish man in the British comedy program, Fonejacker. He is more than just the head of the local residents' committee, he has award-winning rosebushes. He is sometimes pictured wearing a yarmulke. He always struggles to find a word starting with S, claiming his mind has gone blank.
Sajnu alias ISP Man is an Indian man who works in a call centre in India for Internet Service Providings, mobile phonings' and Freeview television. And even if you are happy with your current service provider he's sure he can do you a great deal.
Mr.Doovde is a camel-riding aficionado of electrical goods, who believes that acronyms and initialisms are how the goods are spelt and not pronounced and, as a result, he mistakes them for pronounceable words. He is completely oblivious to the confusion he causes as a result of this.

Percy Jackson and The Olympians stands on its own. Kids, teens and adults who can get past the Harry brain-freeze will love this adventure. Director Chris Columbus has done it again, this time with Greek mythology. This movie is without a doubt the best movie to start the new year off with a bang.
Mulan sticks out in my mind for this reason. For once, we have a strong female lead, or at the least, stronger than most of them. Disney is exploring legends from other cultures and I am so glad it brought us this one. A wonderful movie to the Disney list. If you haven't seen it, then do so, you won't regret it.
Val Kilmer is hilarious as a college genius on par with Einstein, but is more interested in partying and chasing girls. A movie that asks the question, isn't life experience just as important for education, as classrooms and books? A very funny film, one of the all time best 80's college movies.
This movie is well worth watching for the entire family. The cast is wonderful with Dean Jones as always bringing the house down with his superb acting and dialouge. It is pure slapstick all the way through and you don't get tired of it either.
