An ambitious employee, he has expressed an interest in starting his own firm, where art would be the driving force behind the copy. Bryan Batt played the character.
Joan is the office manager of the Sterling Cooper Advertising Agency. It is portrayed by Christina Hendricks. Joan keeps the women in line at the firm but faces identity struggles regarding her role. Joan was once involved romantically with Roger Sterling. She is currently engaged to Dr. Greg Harris.
Roger Sterling is a Partner at the Sterling Cooper advertising agency. Although he briefly tried to change his ways, Roger is now not only smoking and drinking again, but he has also proposed marriage to Jane Siegel, a much younger woman who briefly worked as Don's secretary. John Slattery played the role of Roger.
